Be Who You Are

Have you ever had an experience that was so horrible it made you reluctant to trust anyone? Well, I can say I have had this experience. To this day, I question the motives of everyone around me. Why? Because I can never get passed how fast a person can turn on you.


I have experienced the lengths in which a person would go to keep the wrongs from coming out. I saw a man pretend to kill himself just to keep his wife from leaving him after he had beat on her for over 10 years. I know a woman who ran her husband over with her car because he cheated on her. I also know a woman who was dragged across the room tangled in a cord and hit with a hammer because she asked her husband to stop playing a video game. These demons that cause a person to lose themselves are the ones that hunt us everyday.


I have learned through the experiences in my life that you can not allow a person to change who you have worked to become or who you are striving to be. There is only one way to fight against the hardships and heartaches that you go through.


YOU MUST BELIEVE THAT GOD WILL BRING YOU THROUGH.

I Corinthians 10:13

"No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it."

This verse means that God will put no more on you than you can handle and each trial, each hardship, each heartache he allows is a test of your strength....YOU CAN MAKE IT!
